The Papaya Leaf Tea (Carica papaya) is grown in Sri Lanka. This tea is a fabulous aid for digestion as the Papaya leaves contain enzymes which support digestion in assisting to break down carbohydrates, proteins and minerals which make it a perfect addition to any meal.
You can also just drink up to 3 or 4 cups per day. This tea has no caffeine and can be sipped at any time of day.
How to best prepare your tea: Place one teaspoon in just under boiled water, let it brew for 10 minutes, then strain and enjoy
