This beneficial blend of flaxseed, rooibos leaf, cinnamon bark, dandelion root, liquorice root, cacao nibs, fenugreek seeds and rose petals is personally one of my favourites. It makes me feel better especially when I have had not been eating healthy, it tends to give me back a bit of “my mojo” after feeling flat from a bad diet. It is a very gentle tea and has an uplifting herb taste that tastes great warm or cold. It has no caffeine so it can be a late afternoon or evening go to.
This tea goes really well with the Feel Fab Trim Tea. Combine the two to give you more energy.
How to best prepare your tea: Add 1 heaped teaspoon into a cup of hot water, let brew for 3 to 5 minutes preferably late afternoons or evening. Also best to avoid artificial or refined sugar or gluten.
